Connecting the Two Sides of our lives

We often find ourselves living life as two different people - our "church" self and our "life" self, with varying degrees of desire in connecting them together.

In the last 50 years, I wonder if we haven't found ourselves in much the same place as Isaiah's people. We so often come to God and come to worship with pre-printed agendas and frameworks which we impose upon God, instead of doing as God desires and coming to this place.- or any community where we meet God in worship - and allowing the words of God to shape our lives outside of here.
