Presbyterians have long emphasized the importance of education in the church. We seek to cultivate the mind as well as the heart in our educational activities.
Sunday School
At 9:45 AM on Sundays mornings classes meet to study and discus topics like the Bible, theology, and current events. From preschool to high school, children and youth attend classes taught at their level with a group of their peers, the same groups they go on retreats and mission trips with. For adults, there are a number of classes, each with varying teaching styles, curriculum, and topics. We strive for classes to be multi-generational so that we may better learn from each other.
Other Opportunities
There are often other events and classes throughout the year like book discussions, devotional groups, lectures, and long-term, curriculum-based studies.
